JavaBurn offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, which allows you to return unused or partially used products for a refund. Here’s a breakdown of the return process:

1. Return Requirements:

   • Return all unopened product (packets and pouches) within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
   • Up to 2 empty or partially used pouches are allowed under the guarantee.
   • Unopened and undamaged pouches must be returned with intact seals.

2. Return Process:

   • No RMA# is required.
   • Include your full name, email address, and mailing address with the returned items. Alternatively, print and include your email invoice.
   • Return shipping is at your expense, and “REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER” shipments are not recommended.

3. Refund:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.
